Underwater Vehicle Design
In Fall 2019, my teammates and I built a semi-tethered remotely operated vehicle for our ENGR 100 class at the University of Michigan. Our goal was to design a vehicle that could complete a pipe inspection quickly and efficiently. We were evaluated based on performance, innovation, and cost by a panel of BP engineers and ENGR 100 lecturers.
My team was able to successfully complete this task, winning both the BP innovation award and BP overall achievement award, as well as breaking the course record for successful pipe inspection time.
